Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to board credits, subscriptions and any optional accent furniture provided by 4 LIVING FURNITURE LIMITED. It sits alongside our Terms of Service.

Board credits

  • If a board credit fails to produce a board because of a fault on our side, we will re-run it or refund that credit.
  • Single board credits that have not been used can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
  • Once a credit has been used to generate a board, that credit is treated as delivered.

Subscriptions

  • You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and keeps access for the rest of the paid period.
  • If you cancel within 14 days of your first subscription payment and have not used any credits in that period, you can request a full refund.
  • Used credits within a period are non-refundable.

Accent furniture

  • For any ordinary accent furniture ordered, you may cancel an eligible order within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.
  • Items should be returned unused and in original condition where possible. We will confirm the return address when you contact us.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and checked.

Payment status

Online checkout is being connected and a payment provider is pending. While payment is arranged by email, any refund due is processed through the same channel used for your payment.

How to request a refund

Email support@livingfurn.shop with your name and order or enquiry reference. We aim to respond within two working days. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
